An open area with a shelter for sitting connects directly to the pen and stable of our llama boys. We raise them for their wool and are gradually teaching them to go for walks—by prior arrangement, you can join them and take a llama for a walk on a lead.
The place is slightly overgrown, surrounded by greenery that creates natural privacy. We practice organic farming and strive to keep the farm as harmonious as possible with the surrounding landscape; we’re gradually turning it into a landscape orchard.
It’s good to know that it’s not completely silent here—a railroad track heading toward Vienna runs nearby, so a train passes by from time to time (a surprisingly pleasant sound into the night for some).
At the back of the property, you’ll find sheep—unlike the quiet llamas, they’ll often greet you from a distance with their loud bleating.
And since we’re close to the Soutok Protected Landscape Area and the Dyje River, mosquitoes may appear after it rains—that’s just part of this region.
The facilities are simple but functional:
there’s an outhouse hidden among the greenery, a well with utility water, and upon request, we’ll be happy to fill a canister with drinking water for you.
When you arrive, try just sitting for a moment and doing nothing.

The farm lies in the landscape of the Confluence - where the rivers Dyje and Morava meet and where time has a slightly different speed.
You can cycle to the Pohansko Chateau in a few minutes, or you can continue through the landscape of the Soutok Protected Landscape Area to the place where the rivers actually meet.
The surrounding trails will take you through the Lednice-Valtice area and the peaceful Czech-Austrian border.
fishing
Just behind the property flows one of the arms of the Dyje River. It is enough to walk to it and just be for a while... There is also a possibility of commercial fishing at the nearby František's pond.
hiking
On foot you can reach Poštorná and the František Pond, which has a special quiet atmosphere - ideal for a short stop.
A tip for an evening out: the Ranch u Pepeho cycling track (20 min walk)

A nice plot in an allotment garden. The owner is very nice and offered us everything. Trains pass by occasionally, but it’s no big deal. The downside is the sandy terrain. There was sand everywhere😂—and this fall, we could hear deer. The llamas are a plus for the kids; they have plenty to watch.
My wife and I spent one night here with our two huskies, surrounded by some very curious llamas that kept an eye on us all evening and the next morning—which was honestly one of the highlights of our stay. The area is lovely for long walks with the dogs and perfect for relaxing by the campfire. We also really enjoyed the covered outdoor area, which is great for sharing a meal or playing board games together. The bathroom was clean and well maintained, and the host kindly provided drinking water and even left us a little gift. A truly charming place—thank you!
We were very satisfied; the owner was very helpful and came to meet us for a walk with the llamas. We were offered electricity and drinking water. There’s a nice area to sit and relax. There are excellent bike paths in the area.
A great spot for a peaceful camping trip.
The property, which includes a simple shelter, is located in the gardens, where it’s peaceful. The peace is occasionally disrupted by a passing train, but it’s nothing too bad. I really appreciate the option to have a fire, including the firewood provided by the owner. We were kept company by llamas and sheep, and we enjoyed our stay there with the kids. We also appreciated the small bookshelf, which included children’s books. It’s an absolutely ideal spot for a one-night stay.
