Camp wild in Relax in a maringot at the straw house, in the natural garden, in the meadow above the pond

Hi guys, come and get away from the city in our maringotka with an annex (a 36m2 luxury apartment where we lived for five years). It's insulated with straw bales and sheep wool and partly plastered with clay plasters.You can just sleep here and go on trips, or stop on site and treat yourself and the kids to lots of adventures in the surrounding mixed woods and working in the countryside. In the garden, with the animals... collecting eggs, feeding, fetching water... You can also indulge in physical exertion in the form of mowing, raking, chopping wood.* We have a large natural garden which is part of a hectare meadow, sheep, dogs, cats... Everything that is here, we create on the green meadow above the pond since 2010.* We live in a straw house with clay plaster, which we have built here.* Around the forests, meadows, fields, pastures with cows, river 20 minutes, lots of quarries for swimming in the vicinity.* Tourist attractive destinations such as Košumberk Castle, Castle Nové Hrady, Toulovecy maštale, Litomyšl, Polička, Chrudim... All within 25 km. The road is passable all year round, on the flat after the gate it is necessary not to slow down and go up to the top of the two. If you slow down before the top and fail to get off, please back off and go again. Otherwise, you'll rake the road.Ignore our dogs and just keep going. They're smart enough not to get run over.In snow or ice, it's up to you. There are only a few days a year when it's better to park down and go up. It's just a hill, and unless you shovel it or shovel it yourself, you don't go up. (it's even better to ride down on sleds and bobsleds;)

Cross-country skiing is also possible on pastures in good conditions, 25 km are groomed trails from Hlinsko and Svratka. Family ski slopes Hlinsko (20 km) and Svratka (22 km).

The nearest is in the Krounka River, approx. 20 min walk, 8 km natural swimming pool Renospond, 8 km traditional swimming pool Skuteč, in the surroundings within 10 km a number of quarries suitable for swimming.

Je možné domluvit lesní finskou saunu, ke které dojdete buď cestou necestou nebo dojedete autem, ca 5 km kolem kopce. Sauna vytápěná dřevem v malebném údolí, zchlazovací bazének sice s nízkou hladinou, ale zato s trvale protékající pramenitou vodou. Kouzelné místo a kouzelný zážitek.

Other activities

The beautiful historical towns of Litomyšl (UNESCO), Polička, Vysoké Mýto, Chrudim and Choceň are within 25 km. The owners are engaged in music therapy and the production of shamanic and other drums - it is possible to make your own by appointment.It is possible to participate in traditional rural work - collecting and drying herbs, hoeing, weeding, mulching beds, collecting and preserving crops, feeding and watering animals, collecting eggs... Oh, and chopping wood for those who are still sitting at the computer;)

Very nice place. With the owner we could agree on everything. There is surprisingly a lot of sleeping space in the marquee. Will definitely go through again.

We really enjoyed the place. Great space to move around, forest behind the house, large garden, at the same time complete peace, away from the village. The hostess is friendly and helpful, the accommodation clean and the kitchen sufficiently equipped for normal cooking. Everything was easy to arrange. We would love to come again!

We enjoyed our stay as much as possible. Maringotka is in a romantic place in a secluded area, around the forest, at night full of stars ;-)... We were here with the kids and they had a great time. The hostess was very nice and helpful. And there are lots of interesting places to hike in the area (although it is not a well-known tourist location). I recommend it :-)

The stay was only for one night, but I can imagine to spend even longer time here, the equipment was sufficient, comfortable beds, beautiful nature around. We didn't miss anything, the owner was interested if we needed anything, very good communication. We were with three children and for us great.
