We visited the grounds of the castle garden. The place itself isn't the best, we've been to more prepared spots, and this time we had some nuts fall on the car and the ground was a bit soft for our car. Still, there is a very pleasant atmosphere here - whether in the cafe or right in the castle. We definitely recommend a tour of the castle and the café is a must!
The facilities are basic - electricity was on site, water only from a small sink (a bit impractical for a PET bottle, forget about refilling your car with water). While the toilet is available 24/7, it is the same toilet used by guests during cafe and castle opening hours, so it can be more busy at times. The access to the property is narrow in the final stages.
It's a fine stop for a day or two and we'll definitely be happy to return sometime.
