A peaceful place, like a western movie, with many animals that create a unique atmosphere. The owner is nice and the talk about his heart ranch and the history of this forgotten region is fascinating. We didn't know what to expect, but we will definitely return to this beautiful place for a quiet swim in the nearby reservoir. For us, great, we recommend it!

The ranch is truly an experiential place. In the morning, when you peek out of your sleeping bag, you can see an ostrich family nearby. Next, two beautiful horses and a pony come to greet you. They are curious, but not to be feared. It was a great experience not only for the children. The ranch provides many things for the kids to explore- whether it be the "clay" (sandbox) with cars, the observation tower with slide, the kiddie ropeway, the old Praga and much more. The owner was present with his son, but it didn't disturb us in any way. He willingly offered us all the ranch facilities- barbecue, electricity, even working with the ceramic clay that naturally occurs on the property. The property is simply a corral with animals , where experience and practicality prevail over organization and 100% cleanliness. But I think that's why people like to use these places.

Those who are used to the comforts and amenities of real campsites may be disappointed. Savannah Ranch is indeed an original ranch, the size of the ranch, the free grazing animals (horses, nandu ostriches, sheep, field hares etc ). However, I must mention that the animals were not intrusive, they were visibly used to the presence of strangers. Moreover, we used the surroundings for cycling around Lake Kralova. The positive side was also the literally divine peace. The animals would be a real treat, especially for children.
