The property is easily accessible by car, located just off the tarmac road. It is equipped with a fireplace, dry toilet, water and electricity. There is a table with benches and crates that serve as seats, perhaps for a fire. There are also needles for roasting wieners.
The New Ples was founded for the inhabitants of the central part of the village of Ples, which had disappeared as a result of the construction of the Ples fortress, since 1793 called Josefov. It is the "sister" of the Terezín fortress. If you are staying with us, you must definitely visit the Josefov underground with candle lamps or see the historical buildings of Bastion I or Ravelin XIV (www.pevnostjosefov.cz). You can also walk or bike to Josefov from us, passing the sports airport where you can take scenic flights or catch a glimpse of the RedBull: Flying Bulls aerobatic formation training.
Directly in Nový Pleso you will find a grocery store, a pub on the playground at Zlatuše (irregular operation) or at the Josefov Airport:

- Dry toilet (kadibudka) on the property.
drinking water
- There is a water pipe with a tap with mains water supply. We always recommend to let the water out a little. There is a quick coupling at the end. A shorter hose is also available.

- Electricity is available in an electric post on the side of the property, 1x standard 230V socket and 1x caravan round. Limited to 10A, need to use own extension/cable. Electricity is only available if ordered.

- The grey water can be poured into a dry toilet when using eco-friendly products.
Chemical toilet
- Unfortunately, there is NO possibility of pouring a chemical toilet on our property (or in the vicinity). Please do NOT pour chemical toilet into the bathhouse.
Access to the property may be difficult in rainy weather
The land is about 70 m from the main asphalt road, from which leads a paved road without asphalt surface well passable. The entrance to the plot is then on a grassy area. It has been our experience that after heavy rainfall the grassed area can be too soft for heavy building. In dry weather everything is without problems.
Restriction of the access road
The narrowest place has 4 m, it is necessary to drive into the land "esíčkem" - see photos for access to the site. Height is not a problem even for a larger building, however, the "esky" needs a bit of skill :-)

You can cycle into the surrounding forests and connect to a network of mostly asphalt cycle paths. Interesting destinations in the vicinity include Hospital Kuks, Velichovky Spa. Right in the neighbouring Stary Ples, you can catch all you can with a rod in the centre Na Ryby Na Ples: https://narybynaples.czV There are many other water areas in the vicinity, the nearest ponds are Závěšt'ák and Jaroměřský (Kolowrat Fishery), another fishing destination is the Rozkoš Dam and in nearby Josefov there are the river fishing grounds of the Elbe, Metuje and Úpa.

You can start in the nearby forests and continue along marked hiking trails. There is a nice walk along the Way of the Cross in nearby Smržov. - Please do not trespass on adjacent property with a house under construction
- Please use our fire pits to light fires, and only light fires at a safe distance from the woods due to weather conditions. Always make sure to properly extinguish your fire so as not to cause a fire. After all, the forest is very close.
- Please take your rubbish away with you, and do not leave any rubbish on the property so that it can be used by other holidaymakers straight away.
- Please clean up after your pets consistently, we also sleep in tents, so make this experience pleasant ;-)
- You are free to move your belongings (table, crates), but please return them to their original location before you leave.
- Please don't throw a party, keep your music to your ears only, don't disturb the neighbours or the inhabitants of the forest. This place is here (not only) for your peace and quiet. But we believe this is standard at BezKempari.

Absolute calm, everything's great.
Beautiful quiet place. Land maintained, everything matches the description. We really liked it here.
On the way we stayed for one night with the caravan. Communication with the gentleman quick and passed on all information. Land landscaped, fenced,dry toilet, electricity connection and drinking water. With children we would still welcome a gate to the property 😉. We were alone on the property and at night the peace and smell of the forest.
With a longer stay, we would have missed already a sink for the toilet.
We would use again.

Camping in a country garden by the woods, but it's not camping in the countryside, you'll meet your neighbours. The land was perfectly prepared - flat, mowed, under a tree you will find a shady place for a tent. Even the accessories are very nice, top kadibouda, fire pit, seats, table, even toasters. In the adjacent forest you can easily collect firewood. Drinking water right on the property. We had very detailed information from the owner about the place and the surrounding area.
