Beautiful views—we had everything we needed on the property. :)
18.7 - 20.7.2026 Michal říká:
The property is nice, easily accessible, and located in a quiet part of town, which is great. The access road is fine, though lower-clearance cars might have trouble getting through the gate—there’s a fairly steep descent, but nothing too drastic, so just be careful.
Everything is on nice, level ground, so setting up the tent wasn’t a problem—except for the abundance of ants, so be careful where you put your things. The facilities, like the solar shower (a black barrel of water), were fine for me (my wife and kids didn’t use it during our two-night stay), although I think there was also a showerhead attached to the drain; the water flows directly from a ball valve, which isn’t exactly practical but it worked. For washing hands, there’s a barrel of service water right next to the Toika on the table. What was a problem, though, was the dry toilet. I wasn’t expecting luxury, but this Toika really stank and had seen better days. I spent nearly a week traveling along the Czech border at various non-camping sites and visited many outhouses and portable toilets, but this one was truly disgusting. Fortunately, we only spent the night here, and the outhouse was just a last resort in the evening and in the morning.
All in all, aside from a few shortcomings, it’s a good starting point for exploring the surrounding area.
17.7 - 18.7.2026 Nela říká:
It’s a beautiful spot; we were practically the only ones there. Next door is a winery with a nice seating area, or you can arrange to buy wine directly from the owner. But I don’t really understand the price and the reviews here—the price is similar to that of a campground. There’s only a portable toilet, and the water for washing is in a barrel and the shower water is in a tub, which had probably been sitting in the sun for several days, so we decided not to use it due to the potential risk of bacteria. And keep in mind that this is a village, so starting at dawn, you’ll hear plenty of roosters and other poultry.

Everything's fine
4.7 - 5.7.2026 David říká:
Clean toilet, service water in a barrel, a shower from a barrel, a quiet spot with a view.
