We recommend it to everyone who wants to spend a peaceful holiday in the green of young spruces. We were alone on the land, the children disappeared straight away to play hide and seek and returned only when the sun went down (the land is fenced, so no stress). We stopped noticing the traffic from the road soon, because it is not visible through the spruces and is not close to the land. In the evening, around 8 pm, there was almost no traffic. There is a network of flat bike paths around, ideal for less fit cyclists or families with children. We were very satisfied, nothing to complain about, just praise and thank you.

An interesting little garden on the outskirts of the village with planted trees, a little private forest. Children may be excited about playing hide-and-seek, some may mind the proximity of the road between ČB and Jindř. Hradec.
We used it for overnight stay during our return home, communication with the owner was trouble-free.

Good agreement with the owner.Young spruces grow on the land and there are places for tents and fireplaces, so that everyone has their own privacy.
The traffic on the newly built bypass did not disturb us, the spruces form a barrier.

We went for one night with a caravan and four dogs. With a reservation all to ourselves. The property is fenced. We were free to park at our discretion. Room for three separate reservations. Three fire pits including seating. A dry toilet sufficiently secluded. Mr owner was helpful and hassle free. No traffic could be heard in the caravan on the bypass.
