We are the owners of a beautiful piece of land near this natural recreation area. We sometimes camp on it ourselves during the summer with our caravan and it is AMAZING :) Need to switch off? Then come! There is a well-kept, unfenced garden waiting for you on the edge of a small farming village, just a few steps from the Toulovcovy Maštale nature reserve - with a beautiful view of the valley and Nové Hrady Castle. A quiet place of a former orchard of almost 1,000 m2, perfect for regenerating your body and soul. You will come across countless hiking and cycling trails. It is an ideal starting point for excursions and wandering through nature - mysterious sandstone formations, caves and forest wells, the rococo chateau Nové Hrady with a game preserve and fallow deer, the unique canyon Pivnická gorge, Šilinka's mine - via ferrata, the rock dwelling in Zderaz, lookout towers: Borůvka, Terezka and Toulovcova lookout tower, the rescue station for endangered wild animals Pasíčka, Litomyšl Castle, Košumberk Castle...and many other amazing places.
Earlier arrival/later departure can be arranged individually - on request according to the current availability of the land.

The Roudná natural swimming pool is famous for its refreshments, with great venison and deer sausages. A romantic, natural swimming pool in the middle of forests can be found in Bor u Skutče. We also recommend the reconstructed swimming pool U Medvídka in Cerekvica n.L. And the granite quarries in Skutec are the best.

Just 150 m from the property is a new, children's playground and tennis court. In the grounds of the chateau in Nové Hrady you will be entertained by a natural maze and a game preserve with fallow deer (2.4 km). We also recommend a visit to the rescue station for endangered wild animals Pasíčka in Proseč (10 km) and the mini-zoo - the Hartecka trail near Vysoké Mýto (13.5 km). TOP is Svat's ball track near Svitavy.

Nice grounds, prepared leaflets with activities nearby, nice website with tips for trips,dry toilet flimsy but clean, no toilet paper. Utility water in IBC container with algae on walls (can survive). Roads on both sides of the property. Two nights we had this and music from a nearby house, but that's not the landowner's fault. For me higher price (2adults. 2children van - 530,- CZK/night, electricity 130,- CZK/night - we did not pay that even in Austria).

Owner's reaction Děkujeme za vaše hodnocení. Mrzí nás, že jste v užitkové vodě, kterou používáme především na zalévání, našli řasu. Na konci sezóny, tj. v říjnu, je to ale velice pravděpodobné. Taky jsme byli zklamáni stabilností kadibudky, kterou jsme loni na netu i přes dobré recenze pořídili. Ale bohužel se dnes šetří na všem. I na kadibudkách. Pro upřesnění – silnice vede pouze před pozemkem. Z boku je krátká, slepá, příjezdová cesta. Z dalších dvou stran jsou zahrady sousedů. Ale budoucí návštěvníci si toto mohou ověřit na katastrální mapě. A cena? Nastavili jsme ji o 160 Kč za noc nižší než má nejbližší konkurence. (Při obsazenosti 2 dospělých je cena dokonce nižší o 240 Kč za noc). Výši elektřiny bohužel neovlivníme. Jsme v Čechách a bohužel ne v Rakousku. Závěrem jsme vám chtěli poděkovat za váš „dárek" za zmíněnou kadibudkou – dvě pneumatiky, které používá soused zemědělec na zatížení balíků sena. Nechtěli jsme vám kazit hodnocení, bereme to jako klukovinu dětí. Je to pro nás ale upozornění, že máme zvýraznit v popisu, že dětské hřiště se nachází opravdu co by kamenem dohodil.
