The resident was ready, clean. The land is spacious, with cleverly cut paths:) Seating with a tarp that covers from the sun or rain, everything as in the picture. Owners super nice people. We felt like we were visiting a friend. Originally we wanted to stay only one night, but we liked it and stayed two nights. The boys were hunting for semi-precious stones in the area, which the owners helped them with so they knew what to look for and where to look. The property is close to a road that can be heard. Who needs absolute peace to sleep, spunty in the ears:)

Super location for us as tourists - a short walk to Kozákov, a short walk to Dubecko, a short walk to Klokočské skály. Awesome swimming pool in Semily - Chuchelna. Blueberries full of surrounding forests. On the big meadow there are three camping-free "placy", but you are absolutely not disturbed. The meadow is cleverly mowed so that you can hardly see yourself :) What you can see though are the deer up in the meadow, right from the camper position and the moonrise ❤️. The RV is strategically tucked away but also close at hand, inside the RV is a larger bed for two adults and a smaller recliner (folding it up to make a table and seating) where two kids, ages 7 and 4, slept without any problems. There is also a restaurant and bus stop in the village, both of which we used on our trips.
