Our (free) camp is located in the middle of the Slovak nature, in the Slovak Ore Mountains, in the Veporské vrchy Mountains. It offers you a view of Poľana above Detva, Ľubietovský Vepor, Klenovský Vepor and the transmitter on Kráľová hora. Thanks to its location on the hill, you can see the sunrise and sunset, at night the sky full of stars. This place is part of the Marekov Dvor farmstead.The camping site is located outside the village, 1.5 km from the main road. Although the access road is municipal, it is in a very poor condition. Part of the road to us is an unpaved, dirt road. It is therefore advisable that our guests arrive in cars that are adapted to such terrain. Due to the narrow junction in the village, the length of the car is also important. This should be a maximum of 7 metres.

Very nice place on the top of the hill overlooking the surrounding hill settlement (today mainly cottages). There was peace, silence. Owner prompt, pleasant and helpful.
I was out of season in heavy rains and in rather bad weather. I walked to the property with a smaller camper, but the road is really rutted and one hill was muddy and quite uncomfortable to drive up. This needs to be taken into account. I would be very happy to return here again.
