The property is easy to access even in bad weather
Hard surfaced purpose built road between field and gardens. Not maintained in winter but passable in normal snowfall. The garden area is grassed. The path is not lit by public lighting in the dark. In winter it is necessary to ask in advance what access to the property is.
Restriction of the access road

Rovina, for classic tourism few attractive destinations nearby, only the Museum of Literature in Rajhrad, other destinations at a greater distance - the region of the Battle of the Three Emperors. The location can be used as a starting point for hiking trips in the vicinity in combination with the railway - the station is about 15 minutes on foot. However, the location is attractive for sightseeing in Brno - very good connection to the city centre by public transport (bus with change in Komárová to tram, journey about 17 minutes), or by train.

Beautiful plot for i tent with fireplace and dry toilet. We arrived after dark, but it was no problem to find a place and settle in :) The driveway was also perfectly fine. There was also a fire pit where we made dinner. Recommended!
Very beautiful places. I appreciate the opportunity to hide from the sun under the mature trees, fenced property and nice owners. If the opportunity arises in the future I will use again, possibly for a trip with the whole family.
Great place for stargazing and walking distance to the local habitat. I really appreciated the opportunity to make a fire and indulge in some delicious sausage. And after talking with the owner, sampled the apples and plums, which were awesome. Thank you very much again and I will definitely recommend it further! Z.
Great accessibility, beautiful garden, nice owner, quiet (if you don't hit a night full of fireworks like we did 😅 - apparently August 16 is the equivalent of New Year's Eve). I would love to come back :).
Beautiful well-kept garden on the outskirts of Brno. Grass mowed, nice to walk on it barefoot. Instructions clear and owners communicative, as a bonus I could taste ripening goodies from the orchard 🍎😍 I recommend all ten.
