Overnight in a quiet place, almost like the end of the world. This was matched by a worse driveway, but it was doable.
Contrary to the description, there was no source of drinking water, but we were advised of this by the owner when we called him prior to arrival. Overall satisfaction.

Good location if you are looking for peace and quiet (hence the cows mooing at times). No light smog at night. We were alone on the property though. Sump toilet, electricity and water are accessible right on the property - everything a non-camper needs even for an extended stay. Electricity is at the bottom, which is also flatter. The surroundings are like a farmhouse - grazing cows, barn... so count on the village smells (we didn't find it unpleasant). The access roads are quite narrow with vegetation on both sides, but there was no significant trouble spot. The wider surroundings are mainly represented by pastures, ponds and here and there small woods. Rarely a farmstead of any kind.
