The lady is extremely nice. Land in a nice quiet place. Driveway without problems. Only in the rain problem to drive off the land.

Well how to start and be polite, the lady owner nice but that's about it. The grass is high, the terrain is tank-tree, the fireplace is full of burnt metal and rubbish. When asked about the wood the lady said she was sorry and started pulling twigs from 2m nettles, the caddy looks like a crappy plank but she said it's paint she hasn't figured out what to remove.
I understand it's an emergency overnight stay but comparing other offers where we've stayed it's better to stay at the bus stop.
