Potštejn solitude

Potštejn is a picturesque village on the banks of the Wild Eagle River in the foothills of the Eagle Mountains. In the village you can find the ruins of Potštejn Castle, Velešov Hill and Kapraď, the castle, the Clock Brewery, the Prague Hotel, the Slávie Restaurant, the Pod Lipami Restaurant, the Trnka Café, the Fabrika Café, the Mareček Café, the seasonal pizza oven, the Konzum with the post office, the evening room.Potštejn is surrounded by stories about the Robber Knight and the buried treasure, which you will learn on a guided tour of the castle. The land is about 1km from civilization, yet secluded. It is adjacent only to forests, meadows and our small, family farm, which we are gradually building. By arrangement, the possibility to look at the animals (sheep, goats, cows, and other animals)The garden is large and each camping site will have enough privacy.In the case of a large group, there is no problem to be close to each other.The background consists of an older house, a former brickyard, in which there is a bathroom with shower, bath and sink. A kitchenette with small equipment, stove, coffee maker, kettle, fridge, microwave, pots, containers for sorted waste, etc..A small lounge with a few books and games for any bad (rainy or hot) weather.In the garden there are slides, sandpit, and swings and hammocks for small children. Please use wisely considering the carrying capacity of the branches.I will ask that the toys from the sandpit be put back by the children so that there will be enough for other guests.Everything is modest, we are building it up gradually, so please be patient :-) we came up with this place and idea in 06/22, the reed ceilings were caving in and everything was trashed, we were soaking wet and it shows. Still not to our liking though. The house has been basically unoccupied for at least 20 years, so small animals (spiders, bugs, etc.) have lived and are living here, there is no sleeping in the back room, hopefully it won't matter so much. There is also a small barbecue by the fire pit. There is plenty of firewood around, only your own briquettes for the grill. There is a water barrel and watering can by the fire pit, please use to put out the fire. NO SMOKING IN THE ENTIRE PROPERTY AND IN THE GARDEN, except in the fireplace area.
