On the farm near Grandma's Valley and Rozkoše

A farmhouse garden full of flowers, shrubs and trees on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Dolsko. The land is flat and fenced, therefore suitable for children and smaller pets. Plenty of sporting activities, both swimming or boating in the local Metuji River and the Rozkoš Dam, only 3 km away, where there is a rental of pedal boats, scooters, paddleboards, boats, etc. There is a nice pub U Mlynáře, which is open only on Fridays, but otherwise in Nahořany and Černčice (1km) the pub is open every day, including ready meals, ice cream, etc., as well as a shop with mixed goods and groceries. There are many beautiful excursions around the area. To name a few, Babiččino údolí, Ratibořice, Nové Město n. M. castle, nature reserve "Peklo", Adršpach rocks, ZOO Dvůr Králové, Hospitál Kuks, Josefov fortress, unique lookout tower Šibeník near Nový Hrádek, Opočno castle with a beautiful garden, Častolovice castle with a mini ZOO and many others. If you don't mind the crowing of the rooster at dawn, you will experience a truly typical village atmosphere in this place.
