Quiet land on the banks of the Vltava River near Týn nad Vltavou

The land is situated at the end of the quiet village of Břehy near Týn nad Vltavou. The whole length of the land directly borders the Vltava River with the possibility of fishing and relaxation right by the water. A cycle path from Týn nad Vltavou, via Hlubokou nad Vltavou to České Budějovice, leads directly to the land. We offer the possibility of connecting to both electricity and drinking water. The land is slightly sloping for caravans and motorhomes. Overall, the land is more suitable for tents, but if you don't mind that parking a motorhome is not possible right next to the water, the land is great for motorhomes.The lower part of the land is reserved for camping (you can't drive a motorhome)The upper part is for motorhomes (just a few meters away from the water).The land is not fenced, so you need to watch your pets. In Týn nad Vltavou, the reconstruction of the New Bridge has begun. Because of this, there may be increased traffic around our property.
