The only minus, but that's not the owner's fault, was the Saturday rap concert in the nearby renovated barn (RUJNA), which lasted until 3am and it was definitely not quiet. These activities supposedly take place there every weekend, so I recommend checking the city's website. The rest of the stay was very nice and quiet.
