Where do the property ratings come from?
Great place. Close to the city but quiet at the same time. Only a few people passed by the whole time and maybe 2 cars, but otherwise we were there alone. In the evening you could hear a bit of traffic from the city, but at night otherwise peace and quiet of nature. We were able to get to the property just fine with a VW Sharan, fully loaded.
It is a beautiful and quiet place with the possibility of sitting on the covered terrace. Water is available in a well a short walk from the campsite. You are in the middle of the forest but it is only a few hundred meters to civilization if needed. Definitely recommended for families with children - there is a nice ropes course less than a kilometre from the campsite, along with a playground for smaller children. Similarly, on the other side of Ořešín - in the Rakovce area there is a swimming pond and the popular Sokol buffet. Directly in Ořešín there is the much visited Bistro u Havířů. We were very satisfied. Thank you :-)
