Come and soak up the atmosphere of a Wallachian orchard in an unusual place. You will be surrounded by a hedge of untended vegetation. The entire orchard of one hectare is situated in a large pit. This will offer an unusual privacy of stay. The only distraction for some is the nearby pistol shooting range, usually on Sundays from 9am. There are also days when there is no shooting. I can't predict in advance. There's only one road leading into the orchard, a well-maintained path of panels and stones. It's passable for 4x4s, even a 4x4 station wagon will get through just fine. Very suitable for camping, for cars with roof tents, for caravans (off road only) , or very small trailers. The site is equipped with a dry toilet, viewing seating, the possibility to rent a grill, use the utility water, rent a beer set (bench and table) and many trees that offer shade when camping. The location offers a plethora of hiking trails, such as the Královec lookout tower directly from the property on foot, where you will meet a minimum of people, as well as plenty of bike paths. Nearby Luhačovice, the spa and the adjacent dam are ideal for swimming. Nearby attractions are also the Devil's Rocks, Pulčinské Rocks, etc. If you want to soak up the atmosphere of Wallachia, have privacy, sympathize with nature, not looking for a 4 star hotel, this offer is perfect for you. PS. Depending on the weather, I organize events that are famous in the area of Wallachian Hats, e.g. fair, musicians meeting in the White Carpathians, etc.

In case of rain, you can also drive a car down the dirt track from the other side above the orchard and walk down again. In the winter months only 4x4 depending on the weather.

It was dry so the road was absolutely no problem (SUV 4x4), last hill steep but most of the hill was made of panels. Nice secluded, quiet place, we were on Easter so guns ruled the peace (shooting range in the neighborhood), only birds whistled. The only small minus, in my opinion, is that the whole site is slightly downhill. We were alone on the property so it wasn't a problem to adjust to it (hitchhiking with a tent), but being more "campless" it gets more difficult.

An unusual place indeed. The land is located in a hidden valley, better said "in the pit". Although it is only a short distance from Wallachian Hats, its location provides absolute peace. The owner has described the road very well and I confirm that the final approx 200m stretch to the property requires a 4x4 even in dry weather. The slope is deceiving, as it is in a valley so expect dew and it will skid... there is a shooting range next to the property within that valley. No one came there during our stay though. The campground itself was great, we enjoyed the beautiful Perseids without the light smog. The overall experience was great.

A large secluded oasis near the city. The map to the property was very helpful for choosing a route and I recommend checking it out before you go. Everything was fine except for the steep path from the field to the property (but this was pointed out in both the description and the map, so fine).
