Access to the property may be difficult in rainy weather
unsuitable road for normal large caravans. It is only suitable for 4x4 vehicles. If you don't have a four-wheel drive car, you can drive up the dirt road to above the orchard in dry weather and walk to the orchard, about 200m. In the event of rain, you can also drive a car up the dirt track from the other side (following the green route on the map) above the orchard and walk down again. In the winter months only 4x4 depending on the weather. Additional information on access from the upper side marked as green on the map. You will come from the direction of Wallachian hats towards Lacnov. Just before the forest section of the road turn right and there is a meadow path. Keep right along it. At the first Y-junction keep right. Further on, you must still have a fence on your left. After about 200 metres you will reach a driveway. The tell-tale sign is a stand of spruce on your left and an iron post at the corner of the end of the stand and the start of the fence and gate. There is an inconspicuous path between these points, this is the path to the orchard. May you like it. The driveway from the bottom follows the red marker from the map. To exit Wallachian Hats towards Poteč, turn right after the petrol station and before the chapel of Cyril and Methodius. After about 20 metres take the Luční cesta to the left and follow it for about 300 metres steadily upwards until you come to a fence with a spruce hedge on your right. You must continue up the path until you see the end of this fence. Between the end of the fence and the post is the driveway to the orchard. It is a little hidden as it heads downhill. Restriction of the access road
the dimensions of the passage are for Tatra. The only problem is the steeper exit/exit from the orchard. This section is partially paved with panels.

Bevlava cycle path. The best direction is from Valašské Klobouk to Brumov, Bylnice, Horný Srnie, up to Trenčín. Suitable for gravel, trekking. For mountain bikes from Valašské Klobouky to Hlozecká kapla to Brumov, or to Královec, Ploštiny, Požár and back along the paved cycle path.

Inline. The best is on the Bevlava cycling trail from Vlarský průsmyk to Nemšov and back. Excellent surface. Another option is the Luhačovice Dam circuit

Complete peace and privacy. Fireplace with grill ( wood is really not a problem). Sitting by the gazebo with a simple sink was very comfortable - we didn't have to put up an awning. Owners very pleasant and hospitable. They stopped by about 2 times to mow the grass, but otherwise we were on our own. We visited the museum of the tragedy on Ploština, the Pulčinské skály and spent two evenings in Wallachian Hats at the festival "Meeting of musicians in the White Carpathians".
We were there with a six-metre caravan towed behind a 4x4 - yet the subsequent trip was "so-so". I have to say that I would not risk it again with such a larger trailer.
Beautiful place, we loved it, we would need another week to explore the area. The facilities with the canopy were great, which we used a lot in rainy weather. In rainy weather we didn't dare to go all the way down and preferred to park before the final descent to the overnight site. Many thanks to the owner for the great tips on excursions and for the delicious marmalade!
A very nice and quiet place where my husband and I, although only for a day, had a good rest. The owner was perfect to talk to, he was great to navigate us to the place. There we had a sweet treat waiting for us in the form of jam. The seating area is cozy. It is obvious that it is made with love.

Beautiful, secluded and very quiet plot. From a distance you could only hear the dog and the chopping of wood, otherwise divine peace. Access to the property was fine, but leaving was not as the grass was damp with dew and we had to be helped upstairs. Luckily the owner was very helpful, sorted everything out in a jiffy and helped us up. Otherwise, you can see that they take care of the property regularly because the grass was mowed, a gift was waiting for us and even the lavender in the vase was ready. :-)))
