Very nice and quiet place on the edge of the forest near the river. Pleasant shade basically all day long. Not really up for cycling given the hilly terrain, but there are plenty of destinations to explore in the area. We were absolutely thrilled with the glassworks in Světlá nad Sázavou. The equipment of the cottage was sufficient for normal functioning, the possibility to warm up with a stove, clean linen beds. With water it is an adventure. You need to fetch it from a nearby spring. But it's not a problem to last a week. :-) Owner very nice, helpful, accommodating and always on call if needed. :-)

In the heat excellent, almost all day cool.Facilities decent, it is obvious that the owner is still improving.We were two adults and 11l daughter, space enough, for four also enough, but for more people already cramped enough.
