Where do the property ratings come from?
Our two nights at this property and in Cabin 1 were fine. We slept well and had everything we needed—except for cell service. I understand that there’s probably not much the owner can do about this… but I think this information should be included in the listing. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find it anywhere. That’s why it was an unpleasant surprise for us when we arrived. We’re not exactly internet addicts, but in mid-2026, you really don’t expect to be without a signal for two days and practically without access to your phone… for some people, that could be a real shock. 😀
For me, it was supposed to be about fishing—and yes, I caught a few carp, so that’s fine. But the pond near cabin No. 1 hasn’t been dredged, and there’s a lot of mud there. So I’d estimate the depth at 70 cm, plus another 50 cm of mud where practically all your lures will get lost. But I understand that this is a significant financial investment. Even so, you can still catch fish 👍🏻

The owner is definitely trying to make the place pleasant to stay at—the grounds are nicely mowed, there’s plenty of firewood for grilling, the RV is very clean, and everything worked. Cabin 1 is in a good spot, and when I compared it to the others, it seemed to me that we had the most privacy and peace and quiet. That was nice.
All in all, this isn’t a place for hardcore anglers, but rather a spot to cast a line, play with the kids, teach them the basics of fishing, and so on.
We had one of the best fishing weekends ever. The fish were biting great, the weather was good and the accommodations were absolutely luxurious. We really appreciate the care of the owner - it is obvious that he cares not only about perfect facilities, but also about the comfort and satisfaction of his guests.
We were thrilled from start to finish and are already looking for another date to return. The ponds may not be the biggest but the stocking is very good. And if by chance things weren't going well for a while, the smallest "spit" had hungry bream and roach literally jumping the hook.
The luxury boxes are really luxurious - clean, cosy and modern. The accommodation in the caravan is very pleasant, plus thanks to the nice cladding it blends in beautifully with the surrounding landscape and does not disturb it in any way. The canvas terrace is a nice bonus that makes the whole stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, we were extremely satisfied and left with the feeling that we had discovered a small fishing "golden place".
