Camp wild in Garden in Lednice Manor

The garden is situated on almost 2000m2 under the forest. It is situated on the sunny side in the bosom of the Lednice estate with views of the surrounding mountains and the Vršatské bralá. The garden is fully enclosed by a wooden fence with a majestic Wallachian gate. It offers a peaceful stay in a pleasant environment with the possibility of various leisure activities. The surrounding area offers opportunities for cycling, mushroom picking, visits to nearby castles and manor houses ( e.g. Lednica, Vršatec, Trenčín, Považský hrad ) , the possibility of visiting the surrounding spa e.g. Nimnica and Trenčianske Teplice. Cca. 10 km is the possibility of connecting to the largest network of cycling routes in the Považie region with a connection to Moravia.For a pleasant relaxation we have prepared for you a hammock. The hammock together with the tools for fixing is located in a wooden crate by the fireplace. The anchorage for the hammock is prepared in the forest with a view of the beautiful mountains. We have made an access road for you with the possibility of access even in rainy weather, with at least three parking spaces.For the preparation of hot and cold meals we have provided a camp kitchen and also a brick fireplace made of natural stone. Everything you need is located in a wooden crate and it is fully at your disposal.

Another BezKemp that exceeded our expectations, a quiet peaceful place that had super amenities. Toilet with sink as was in the description. And in the box one really finds what one needs. The only thing to watch out for on the driveway is there are a few potholes on it but it can be carefully navigated.

In fact, we were very disappointed and left a day early. If you want to go for a quiet stay, we recommend to choose another location. The land is about 100m from a fairly busy road, where trucks, scooters were driving. Even if we left the road, we enjoyed the noise. Until the evening we could hear the sawing of wood, in the house above us they had a loud party. This all died down in the evening and was replaced by the frantic mooing of cows, the ringing of bells all around. Added to this was the running of dogs from the farmhouse right next to the property and from the village. Our small child couldn't clean up for 2 hours and we live on a farm ourselves. I fell asleep at 4am when the cows gave up.
As far as the equipment is concerned, it corresponds to the description. However, there was no drinking water available either in the well or in the well. The well: a concrete well, not covered by a cliff, with leaves and a dead cape in it.
After the previous visitors, a forgotten tupperware with an old salad was waiting for us.
The land hadn't been mowed for a long time and there were already leaves, so picking up after our dogs was a real treasure hunt, hopefully we will manage to find everything. We packed the tent and stuff wet.
There is a small shelf in the middle of the plot, but it didn't bother anyone. In case of mud, please be advised that children and others will be responsible :) But you'd better leave the children at home, even Popeye Namornik would not be ashamed of the vocabulary he heard from the next farmhouse when chasing away the animals. And an uncovered well is not ideal either. Across the cliff are two slabs that are too tempting to walk through. In fact, we haven't even figured out how to scoop the water. But since the purity of the water wasn't even washable, we didn't bother. Surely something could be worked out.
On the other hand, the fireplace, the wood, and the kitchen were nicely prepared. Also the entrance to the property was very nice.
Access by car in worse weather can handle 4x4. Leave the low chassis bmw at home :)
So for us summary, if the land was elsewhere, in the middle of solitude, the description would also answer. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this one is not.

Owner's reaction Prajem pekný deň pani Alexandra. Ďakujeme Vám za Vaše hodnotenie. Veľmi rád by som sa k Vášmu hodnoteniu vyjadril. Ľudia , ktorí ma poznajú ma považujú za poctivého a dobrosrdečného človeka. Cesta , ktorá sa nachádza ca. 100 m od pozemku je spojnicou medzi obcami Kvášov a Lednica. Lednica je koncová obec. Ja som na tejto ceste videl kamion ( 24 ton ) zatiaľ len 1 x. Áno po ceste jazdia autobusy a to veľmi v obmedzenom čase a zásobovacie autá ( pekárske , mliečne výrobky a podobne ) , ale nie vo veľkej frekvencii. Štvorkolky, to je problém celého Slovenska a nášho chovania sa. Neviem aká je tam frekvencia. K tomu sa relevantne neviem vyjadriť. Pílenie dreva , je súčasťou života v podhorských oblastiach. Ak tam bola hlasná párty ospravedlňujem sa, je to o mentálnej výbave tých , ktorí spôsobovali ruch a neboli ohľaduplní voči druhým. Bučanie kráv a zvonenie zvoncov na okolí Pod naším pozemkom sú umiestnené ovečky a kravy a zvonec je súčasťou ich výbavy. Pitná voda , sa nachádzala v plastových potravinárskych nádobách umiestnených pod prístreškom pri ohnisku. Áno voda do studničky už nepriteká , je veľké sucho, preto sú tam nádoby z pitnou vodou. Áno , prekrytie studničky máte pravdu . Kryt už mám vyrobený, len ho potrebujem dodať z ČR. Verím, že do konca októbra - novembra bude k dispozícii. Zabudnutá plastová miska s krytom ( v nej bola rukola ) bola moja , pretože som tam pracoval v predchádzajúcich dňoch pred Vaším príchodom do večera a pri balení pracovného náradia som ju tam zabudol. Ospravedlňujem sa. Kosenie pozemku. Pozemok kosím pravidelne s najnižšou výškou pokosu a evidujeme si i záznamy, vzhľadom na servis kosačky a kosenie v tomto roku som vykonal 1 x v apríli a následne : 08.05., 27.05., 10.06., 27.06, 11.07., 12.08., 26.08. a následne bolo vykonané 29.09. 2023 . Výška trávy bola pri Vašom príchode ca. 5 – 15 cm. Lístie áno chápem, ale je jeseň a už padá i lístie.
Chovanie sa pána baču , je žiaľ problém, ktorý riešime i s kamarátom, ktorý je v priamym susedom farmy. Pozitívne je to, že do konca októbra im končí nájomná zmluva a mali by opustiť daný priestor.
Prístup na pozemok. Cez Valašskú bránu je pre 4 x 4 , ale preto sme vybudovali vedľajšiu spevnenú cestu a zvládne ju i auto bez 4 x 4.
