Where do the property ratings come from?
I am very impressed with this place and the communication from the owners. The gentleman was waiting for me and explained everything in detail, stressed that I could contact him at any time, but then I had undisturbed privacy.
The caravan is clean, nicely furnished. It really has everything you need. There was a few days' supply of water, the electricity from the solar panels was perfectly fine - I never had any problems with light or charging my phone. The only thing I missed from the equipment was some sort of coffee pot (e.g. French press), but that's more of an individual quirk :)
There is a neat seating area around the marquee and a spacious fire pit, and a bench nearby with a great view. I was alone in the marquee with just my dog (thanks for letting dogs in!) and I wasn't scared at all. For dog owners - the road is quite close and there are quite a few deer and wildlife everywhere, so if you have a dog that deals with this, they will probably need to be confined or on a leash (in this case it would be quite handy to have some sort of door over the steps/barrier on the patio in front of the marquee, I just put a broom out there and my dog didn't go out when I needed her to sleep and not deal with the deer :)
The scenery around here is absolutely magical - I'd recommend ditching any distant destinations and just walking the nameless paths around here - breathtaking views from Spruce Mountain just off Jew's Ridge (beautiful spot), on the other hand it's a nice walk to Frog Rock.
In short: it's a great place, I'd love to go back and recommend it to everyone.
Beautiful place, the marquee is equipped in every detail, we did not miss anything. In the evening we watched the animals from the terrace, later we had a beautiful full moon. There is a beautiful natural and very nice owners. We had a great time and will definitely come again. Thank you 😊

On the recommendation of recent guests, we went to this maringotka as well. The owners had heated the marquee before we arrived, heated water for tea and were waiting to guide us to the marquee depending on the current weather and navigability. They were incredibly nice, welcoming, and explained all the things we needed to operate and ways we could make our stay more enjoyable. Aside from the quiet, beautiful view and big bed, what we appreciated most were all the details the owners think of. A bath tub with a toilet seat and air freshener, outside water and soap to wash your hands, inside running water again with soap, spring and sponge, in the kitchen things that one needs but often forgets to pack (like tinfoil) and so on and so on... In spring/summer guests can use the equipment outside (we saw for example a hammock or bats). There is a shower that will provide much needed privacy (we didn't use it as winter visitors, but it must be really cool for summer). Before arriving we were worried if there would be enough electricity to keep the lights on even during the overcast and rainy weather, but we had lights on every day from about 5pm to 10pm and it was no problem at all. Thank you to the owners for allowing guests to arrive with their dog. Highly recommended :)
