Behind the mountains, behind the mines, close to Malá Fatra, there is a picturesque little cottage called Lutis. A cottage with the soul of a romantic caravan. And whether you are returning in summer after a challenging mountain trek or in winter after a day of skiing, it will always provide you with a warm and safe haven.

The cottage, standing at the end of the small village of Lutis, can accommodate two adults all year round. Thermal comfort is ensured by a glass fireplace stove, which not only heats up the space almost instantly, but also easily elevates every glow to a romantic experience. At first glance, the cottage may seem modestly sized, but don't worry, you'll find everything you need inside. During the day you can comfortably sprawl out on the couch, which you can easily turn into a bed for two in the evening (140x200 bed, including bedding). For the preparation of coffee and other small dishes, there is a fully equipped kitchenette with a gas cooker. Breakfast can be enjoyed at the table, nice and warm next to the stove or outside, accompanied by the birds singing. We leave it up to you whether you decide to take a break from the digital world, or make a home office in the cottage - your laptop and phone can be connected to the network, thanks to our solar panel on the roof of the cottage. Hygiene is ensured by an outdoor bathhouse, camping shower and last but not least by the mountain stream flowing just below the windows of the cabin.

Most of them are MTB, but you will also find asphalt off-road cycle paths, routes for adrenaline riders and for recreational cyclists with little ones.

It's a beautiful place, the cabin is small but wonderfully neat. There's nothing missing. The only minus is the access, the road was slow, not passable, rutted from ATVs, mud filled holes. You can't talk alone either, you can see houses on all sides and cars were driving by even in the evening. But the nature and places to hike were perfect, the care and understanding of the owners was also great. So overall feeling amazing 👍♥️

The cottage is beautiful, on the edge of civilization and a short walk from the Little Fatra. Small in space, big in soul, we did not lack anything in equipment, we also used the outdoor shower.

We were here in January when it was -4°C outside. First we needed to heat the hut, it took 2h to get the temperature down to a t-shirt :) You have to take into account that you need some drinking water from the house, because the local water is frozen and thaws after some time :D
To stay warm until morning if it's freezing outside, you have to put on a couple of coals at night, or get up in the middle of the night and start the fire again, otherwise it will get appropriately cold by morning versus evening.
The sleeping area is spacious, it's only wall to wall for 2mm people :D So is the ceiling height, it's about 180cm here.
The equipment is sufficient and there is probably nothing we lacked for food preparation...
The property is easy to get to, it's slightly downhill.
Otherwise it is amazingly quiet and lovely to sleep here, nothing disturbs.
I thought going to the latrine in the freezing cold would be challenging, but when you're hot from a cabin where it's maybe 25°C, it's fine, I went there in shorts :D
The place is on the edge of the woods, at the end of the village, so you can't look for a view, it would enhance the place.

We stayed one night, so that after the hike to Velký Rozsutec we wouldn't have to drive two hours home. Beautiful place, spoiled to the last detail! We're used to bringing the basics (coffee, tea, sugar, salt, spices, toilet paper, jar...)....here we wouldn't need any of that. Dishes also sufficient, electricity to charge the mobile phone available, books, cards...in the evening romance with a fire in the stove...we can only recommend :-)

Cleanliness, equipment, coziness of the cottage- everything is absolutely fine. However, the promotional photos do not show at all that the nearest residential development is less than 100 m from the cottage. I understand that the development of the village cannot be stopped, however I feel that it would be appropriate to mention the fact of the close proximity of other dwellings in the description.
