The description mentions a shower, but it is not located on the property. The stall mentioned by previous visitors was out of order. The toilet (toi toi) is not very clean.

Fine camping with horses and other animals. Neighbor's rooster crowed a lot earlier than it should, but otherwise good:) nice lady, in the morning there was a possibility to ride the children on horseback. Thank you

Choice of 3 possible places for the tent, under the tent I recommend a tarp - horse ranch and donuts. A shower is listed, unfortunately it is not on the property, water from the hose for the animals. Electricity super option, refrigerator option in the evaluation. Unfortunately the owner was only on the phone but explained everything over the phone in a hurry, my daughter didn't arrive until the evening, so just a brief enquiry about using the fridge in the fast food - approved. The stall mentioned in the reviews did not work. Pool covered due to possible wheat chopping (thankfully didn't take place), not even suitable weather for swimming. Toi toi relatively ok (not my cup of coffee). Horse riding 300 CZK per hour - the kids were driven by an amazing pony Ales. Possibility to make a fire - wood and axe by the fireplace. On the second night the farmers were working in the next field with rape until midnight 😔 Possibility of accommodating people around the horses in the hut (so that it doesn't surprise anyone), for us 2 very nice horsewomen with dogs, so another experience for the kids. The owner the next day in the afternoon and a nice meeting. Hiking trip to Žleby - game preserve, back by bus. Possibility also to go by train (Čáslav x Třemošnice).

Pleasant environment, friendly atmosphere, even though there were other campers with lots of kids on the ranch, we didn't disturb each other. We took advantage of the fire, toitoika and horse riding😁👍 A short walk from the Žleby Chateau. I'll be here next time for more dní❤️🙂
