Land right on the banks of the Vltava, completely fenced (ideal for dog walkers and children), next to the buffet (beer, limo, food). Perfect access to the train, lots of excursion destinations around. During the day you can hear the road on the opposite shore quite a bit (mainly motorbikes), but it gets quiet at sunset and it's absolutely silent. Our boys like trains, so the Posazava Pacific line outside the fence was a nice change of pace. Overall satisfaction and highly recommended!
