Access to the property may be difficult in rainy weather
The last bit of the trail (about 150m) is on a grassy dirt road, so it can be difficult to scramble to the site after rain. In this case, we recommend leaving the car at the forest on the gravel and walking, and re-parking the car once the surface has dried. ATTENTION! the access to the property is a dead end, where it is impossible to turn around, but it is necessary to back up about 150m :-(

in the vicinity there are wine cycling trails, one leads just 20 m from the property in the direction of Bořetice or Velké Pavlovice.

a small playground in the middle of the village and a small football field, freely accessible, about 400 m away

Barbecues and fires are only allowed under strict supervision and attention to the summer aridity of the local landscape! Especially in windy weather we strongly warn against lighting fires! We will always leave some water on site if at all possible, but only if we can manage (otherwise better call, write).
Němčičky is a wine-growing village and it is necessary to take into account the seasonal protection of the vineyards. Max. number of persons 6.

Amazing views, tranquillity and an absolutely fantastic seating area Between the Lines.
All in the best order, I will be happy to come back again sometime to look around the Blue Mountains. In the evening a hedgehog came to visit me, in the morning beautiful blue-green lizards for a change.
