It's a great place. The village, the silence, the peace. On the land grows a lot of fruit, so great! Maintained dry toilet and running water next door. I'd love to come back sometime ☺️
Beautiful lot tucked behind a large barn and a crumbling cottage. Compared to the photo there are more flower beds and shrubs. There is also a fire pit with benches.
We didn't test the water, but judging by the noise, there is quite a bit of it running.
Beautiful garden for camping (level sites), mowed, plenty of shade, fire pit with well maintained seating, plenty of wood for evening roasting (bring an axe if you want smaller splinters), clean kadibouda and we really appreciated the well water supply. A cow run adjoins the garden and the neighbour has two dogs (one in a pen, the other walked occasionally behind the fence). So you need to take this into account if you go with a dog. Also, the property is not fenced and there is a pond right at the drive (not completely clean). In the evening the stars were beautiful to see and unless the dog barked/cow mooed it was absolutely quiet. There are opportunities for both hiking and biking in the area. Communication with the owner was no problem. We recommend it to everyone and we will definitely be back :)
The grounds were great, a lovely well-kept garden full of fruit which the kids really appreciated! Plus lots of space so we could fit two families in without any problems and no disturbance at night.
When I arrived, maps.cz played with me a bit, because of the bad signal I wandered a bit and was not sure where to turn, after the rain soft surface make me a bit of a problem, sorry for the ruts on the property, I was looking for a flatter place, the dog stopped barking after a while, overall a quiet place with seating even by the pond. The caddy and shelter with running water could use a bit of maintenance and would immediately feel a lot better. The water looks clean and there is unlimited water. There is no water fountain.
