Beautiful garden, mowed and spacious (photos are not for illustration only). It is right next to the road, but it was not very busy, so no problem. Water and toilet as described (incl. children's toilet seat!), everything clean. The only wrinkles were the incessant morning howling and barking of the neighbour's dog, which made it impossible to sleep... But you can't choose. But we would go again :)
