Hello. We were alone on the property, parked in the shade of the birch trees. Access - access to the property is absolutely trouble-free, which would probably be true even in the rain, as it is almost flat. Kadibudka is only a few meters away, the interior is new and clean. As there is a cow pen in close proximity, we were a bit worried about flying and sticking vermin, but we recorded only one sheep in 5 days and that was it. At night it's dark as a horn (in a good way), and a beautiful sky full of stars...
We were also given a space to put the bikes away and charge the batteries.
But the price of 50 CZK for one charge of the flashlight, which costs a real maximum of 0,2 €, which is less than 5 CZK, is really too high.
We also had a nice classic toilet and shower with hot water, which was a great benefit after 50 km of riding in the heat. The price for the consumed water and electricity was again a bit "out of the question".
I therefore recommend to agree on the prices for additional services in writing in advance.
The surroundings and the cycle paths are beautiful.

Nice, spacious, level plot where it is quiet. Ideal location for bike trips. Near the cows in the paddock. The landlord owns a bakery where they have very good cakes, rolls and bread. The coffee is also good. There is also a pub in the village where you can have a soda, coffee and a beer and something to go with it. You can play billiards for a few bucks. On the property is a kadibudka. Electricity connection at the house. At night dark, no lamp, only stars in the sky. We recommend the land. We were very satisfied.
