You will have at your disposal a barn where there is (by arrangement) a self-service bar, a fridge with wines, ciders and other local products, the possibility to skateboard in a mini-ramp and play ping pong.
Children can play in the pasture, where there is a natural playground.
We live on the farm and are available if needed. We will be happy to prepare breakfast, filter coffee from the local roastery MLK COFFEE, or wine tasting from the winery of Tomáš Trejbal, who also supplies iconic venues such as Eska and Etapa in Prague's Karlín.
Attention! From spring 2025, our pasture will rest from sheep for about two years. There is an electric fence on a small part of the pasture. The pasture is located near the depot, which is a bit of a blemish (see photo) and it can be busy on weekdays. However, this is reflected in the price.
Some of the photos are from the festival where there were more people. But don't be fooled, you will have privacy with us.

Really beautiful and quiet place. Unfortunately, our stay was met with an unannounced Technoparty nearby, so we didn't really enjoy our stay. On the other hand, I would like to highlight the very friendly and helpful attitude of the hostess, who was very apologetic and refunded our full price of our stay. As soon as there is a free moment, we will be very happy to return to this place. Once again děkujeme☺️

Large meadow with a fireplace and complete facilities just for us - luxury 😊 ideal starting point for cycling trips around Kokořínsko, at night addictive quiet, absolutely perfect.
The land is a large, gently sloping meadow. On the plot there is a large barn where you can sit. The owner was pleasant and helpful. What is worth mentioning is that there is no land at all
no shade to hide in. We were here in the worst heat of the summer and the heat was not very pleasant.
