Nice, perfectly landscaped fully fenced lot. Great place to take trips, close to the water. Excellent communication with the owner. The only downside is that the lot is in a gardening colony. We had peace and quiet, the neighbors also had dogs and were very tolerant and easy going.

The location matches the description. Communication with the owner was absolutely seamless. I would recommend anyone with a particularly longer camper to drive to the end of the paved road on the hill and there conveniently turn around on the large concrete plaza, drive back down to the property and back up. Maneuvering will then be much easier. There's just enough room around and it's not too big for any big maneuvers. Otherwise, we were happy.

Unfortunately, I have to divide the evaluation into two aspects. The site itself is very nice, a nice working solar shower and dry toilet, seating under a shade tarp and a fireplace will make especially tenters happy. The owner makes sure that everything is nice, clean and cosy. I must point out that although the site is not exactly small, despite the above-mentioned installed equipment, it is a little more difficult to maneuver the caravan if you don't have a moover... but we got the kids involved and we made it:-)
The other aspect though is the location of the site in the middle of a busy cottage village, where the plots are so small that you can't overhear any noise from the neighbours. And if you're unlucky, like us, that right next door, literally half a meter from the fence, a group of local cottagers decide to drink loudly until two in the morning and the next day at seven they turn the radio on full blast to make it easier for them to get up, it will affect the experience quite a bit. Maybe we were just unlucky, but I couldn't in good conscience put the property in the quiet section.
