A beautiful place, above the valley of the Bystřice river, located in an old sandstone quarry, on the outskirts of the local settlement Doubrava, near the town of Hořice v Podkrkonoší. The aim is to create a nice place where we can relax in the bosom of an unusual garden and occasionally offer this comfort to our friends and similarly inclined people.
The garden, pond, flowery meadow, rocks and rockeries are almost 2000m2 and you will be really alone. Most of the equipment, buildings, but the landscaping is our work.
The campsite is designed to accommodate one group of 1 - 15 people. Ideal for 2 - 8 people, for which there is a teepee with fire pit, outdoor fire pit, covered seating and garden skittles. It is possible to pitch tents, sleep under a tent or bring your own caravan.
The campsite is also equipped with a large cast iron bath, solar shower and there is also a separating sawdust toilet with urinal in the facilities.
Everyone is welcome at Dolíček, but it should be borne in mind that Dolíček is a former sandstone quarry. There are rocks, a small lake, steep slopes.
Dogs and other pets are also welcome, but they need to be cleaned up after.
Dolíček is a peaceful place belonging to people and nature. We don't want to host raucous parties, busy events or anything else that would disturb the neighbors or nature.

Separation sawdust toilet
This is a dry type of toilet where the urine is separated from the solid component by means of a separating pad under the seat. The urine drains into the waste water and the solid part is deposited in the toilet container where it is covered with sawdust.
Transport, parking: the road is asphalted up to Doubrava. The entrance to the campsite is on a gravel road which is slightly uphill. If it is wet, it could be a problem for the caravan to enter. Parking is in Dolíček at a marked spot by the gate or in front of the gate. Do not park at the back of the tent.
Fire pit
A fire pit with 4 benches is set up a short distance from the tented camping area, which can comfortably accommodate up to 20 people. There is a large barbecue area next to the fire pit.
Your own caravan, motorhome or tent
There is plenty of space in the garden to pitch additional tents or park a caravan or motorhome.
The pond is not swimmable.

The property is easy to access even in bad weather
Passable all year round without problems. Only the entrance to the campsite is on a gravel road. If you're driving a caravan and it's wet, it could be difficult.

House Rules and Operating Regulations
Arrival: by appointment after 14:00
Departure: by appointment before 11:00
Pets - 100Kč/night (1-3 dogs = if you come with 3 dogs, you pay only 100Kč for all of them).
General rules
- No smoking, drugs or other intoxicants in the whole campsite, with the exception of alcohol and its reasonable consumption.
- No climbing on rocks, no climbing on rocks and no damaging rocks. Campers are only allowed in the lower garden. It is forbidden to enter the upper part of the property. There is a risk of death from falling from a great height or loose rocks.
- The pond serves only as a water reservoir and is not intended for swimming.
- Parties or noisy events are forbidden. In case of violation of the prohibition, the owners are entitled to terminate the tenant's stay immediately, without any right to a full refund.
- Pets allowed - see price list.
- Fire can only be lit in the designated fireplace, grill
- The gate must be locked with a combination lock when leaving the campsite. Do not leave valuables at the campsite. We are not responsible for any losses.
- In the event of a damage event caused by the fault of the occupants or their pets, the tenant agrees to pay for the damages incurred, including lost profits from future rentals for the duration of the repairs.
- When staying with children and pets, the parent is fully responsible for them. In particular, avoid access to the rocks and the pond area.
- By submitting a reservation, the renter agrees to the operating rules and cancellation conditions and declares that he/she is staying at Dolíček campsite at his/her own responsibility and risk, even in case of bad weather ( storms, wind).
Fireplace
- For heating in the outdoor fireplace, use only the marked wood behind the tent or bring your own. Some pallets still need to dry.
- Dispose of the cooled ashes in the composter.
- Do not burn any waste in the fire pit
- Do not leave the fire unattended. Pour water over the fire pit when you leave if the embers are still hot.
- Return the braziers to the designated place

A very original place, which the owner takes beautiful care of and that's why our stay here was great despite the wild storms!
Beautiful property with luxurious amenities. Because it is slightly sunken (really in a valley:)) in a former quarry, the plot is quiet and gives an isolated impression. Thanks to the fencing, we didn't even have to worry about our pug.
The owner is friendly and communicative, and most importantly you can see that he cares for the property and is actively improving it, so in a year or two it will undoubtedly be even more amazing.
Apart from the luxurious sleeping tent, we appreciated the fireplace for roasting sausages, the conveniences of the semi-open kitchen with grill, and especially the bathing teepee where hot water flows into the old bathtub on lion's feet after the stove is lit - perfect for relaxing in the evening:)
The surrounding area has a lot to offer, we didn't see much, but we were impressed by the large number of sculptures (stone and wooden) in the public space and of course the Gorizia tubes:)
