Fields overgrown with grass. In the upper part there is a young forest, in the middle there is a place for parking, camping and games, below there is a grassy area. If you need to camp in the shade, for example for a longer stay, it is worth going down to the bottom corner of the site, where there is a naturally growing willow grove with flat grassy areas. Large events can be arranged here during the day or with an overnight stay by arrangement. There is plenty of firewood for a campfire. There was a major clean-up in the spring of 2024, also based on some disgruntled comments. We hope that you will enjoy your stay in the beautiful Podbrd landscape at our campsite.

Directly on the property are two clay ponds for the hardy, 1.5 m deep. The nearest swimming is the reservoir in Podbrdy, the forest pond Loužek in Malé Chlumec, the swimming pool in Všeradice (magnificent water directly from the spring, a famous place) and the popular quarry Homolák near Vinařice, about 5 km from the land.

The land was just outside the village of Vižina, a short distance from the track and road, but there was no noise. I eventually went a little lower, among the trees. Cadybudka clean. Grounds tidy, just a few piles of wood, but not offensive :) The purpose was definitely fulfilled 🙏

At first glance, the habitat looks spooky - there are wooden boards strewn about the property, there are ruined couches, and the pond looks a little more like mud.
But if you remember how much you paid for it and ignore the first few metres of the site and look at the lower part of the clearing, you'll manage to catch a pretty nice sunset.
If you're on a hike and just want to spend the night - the place accomplishes its goal.
