We cordially invite you to our garden, which is a short distance from the centre of the Moravian Karst. The garden is located on the edge of a cozy cottage area in the middle of the woods. Nature and peace will breathe on you from all sides. Whether you're lazing around and soaking up the sun, or going on a trip to the surrounding area, you'll enjoy your stay with us. ☀️

Useful information:
✅ The property is fully fenced with a code entry gate. The width of the entrance gate is 3 m.
✅ There is a dry tub at the back of the garden for use with the option of manual rainwater flushing.
✅ There is a pump with utility water in the garden (the water was potable, however, no analysis has been done for some time).
✅ There is a marked fire pit on site to make the evening and barbecue more enjoyable. You can use the barbecue grill, log seating and table. We are not yet able to purchase wood, so please bring your own.

Further information:
✅ Please book only VW Transporter, Vito and similar motorhomes. We do not want larger motorhomes on the property. In addition, they do not have to come through the narrow road and our gate, thank you for your understanding :)
✅ There is a cottage at the back of the property which will not be used during your stay. Should this be otherwise, we will notify you prior to your stay and you will have the option to choose other non-camping sites :)
✅ Occasionally, you need to count on the presence of relaxed neighbours in the surrounding gardens, most of all at the weekend or during holidays.
✅ The garden is completely permaculture and natural, so it may happen that outside the marked place for your stay there will be taller grass, which we will then mow with a scythe.
✅ In the summer months there is organic produce (apples, plums, raspberries, strawberries,...) which you can taste and for a small donation of a QR code help us with its maintenance.

There is a bicycle path leading directly through Lhotky, which you can easily connect to. You can get to Bukovinka and then, for example, to Jedovnice. Or on the other side towards the Hádecký Pond and then through the stunning Říčky Nature Park.

About 0.5 km from the garden there is a natural pond Strhovec, which is great for swimming in suitable condition. Alternatively, there is a newly renovated swimming pool in Křitny :)

hiking

The garden is surrounded by beautiful forests. There are so many hiking trails in the surroundings. For example, you can hike to the Strhovec pond (about 500 m) or take the clear water to the local well (about 500 m). For a longer trip you can go to the forest bar U Jarka (about 4 km). In the nearby Bukovina you will find the excellent Rakovec Inn with delicious food. You can also find groceries and mixed goods Včela. If you go to the other side to Březina, you will find here, besides food, the local Roastery 1754, where you can prepare coffee or enjoy something sweet. ✅ We also ask that you keep it clean, quiet and respectful of the surrounding nature and people :) Simply always leave the property, at least in the condition you arrived on it. Doing so will allow all the other campers after you to have an equally enjoyable stay :)

Overall, a smaller area for one reservation is sufficient. Everything as described was spot on. Arrival hassle-free. Toilet clean.Occasionally someone drove past in the evening but the site is well covered by a hedge so we were not disturbed. Very good starting point for visiting the Moravian Karst. We would love to return sometime

Large plot, plenty of space for two vehicles and a tent. Possibility to build a fire. Although I'm sorry and it's not the landowner's fault, I can't give it a full number of hearts. The hits from Slagr TV playing and the neighbour's vocal cords during the night party was not the best thing to fall asleep to. But I definitely have to commend the owner Misha with the offer of compensation for the next accommodation. Celebrations don't happen every day after all, so I definitely recommend this site for other campers.

We originally wanted to go to the campsite, but we wanted more peace and quiet, so we chose the garden, which was great, but the neighbours were steaming until 3 in the morning (loud music, speakers) and we couldn't sleep.... We didn't expect such ruthlessness in a gardening colony :(
