The location matches the description. As a minus I would put : uncut grass and on the property there is a caravan, in which apparently lives a lady all year round. Which is not mentioned anywhere and which can be a problem if you pay for the whole plot if you want to be on the land yourself.

Owner's reaction Za nepokosenou trávu jsem se Vám omluvil, ano měli jsme více než 14 dnů traktor v opravě a toto mne opravdu mrzí, příště bych asi raděj zavřel :( a možnost si zaplatit samotu zruším, přesto, že sousedka je na vedlejším pozemku. Děkuji za upozornění.

We appreciate the privacy and proximity to the canal. We had the large plot almost to ourselves (if you count the caravan which is probably there long term). Bike path busy but did not disturb. For a longer stay the availability of water would have been handy, the grass could have been lower. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the evening, need to prepare with plenty of repellent :) Access to the site hassle free but you need to check the route beforehand, the first time we walked to the site was complicated.

Owner's reaction Tato recenze je pro mne naprosto smutná. Na pozemek se v klidu dostala i velká obytná auta po pevné polní cestě. Ve stejný termín jako jste byli vy byla ještě jedna posádka a přikládám sem kopii veřejné recenze od nich. Je to jako by jste byli každý někde jinde. Nezabloudili jste a nebyli někde jinde??

Krásné, dobře situované místo, ihned u cyklostezky a Baťova kanálu s dostatkem klidu i soukromí. Pozemek krásně udržovaný. Rádi se budeme vracet
