Orchard and garden in permaculture style near the river, forest and lakes, part of which is overgrown with impassable terrain with labyrinthine paths. In the middle of this "forest" there is a fireplace and a natural teepee for children to play in. In the cultivated part there is a natural garden kitchen, a sandpit, swings, benches and various seating areas for contemplation and rest. An uncultivated stream with a muddy bottom runs alongside the property. The land is quite large and requires a lot of maintenance, so we are constantly moving and cultivating it.

The old kitchen was out of commission and the roof was leaking, so this spring we replaced the roofing and added a kitchen counter. Cooking outside is now a total treat ?

The flat terrain with forests and lakes provides great conditions for comfortable cycling. Nearby is Tovačov castle with an old oak avenue, ponds with rare and protected birds, lakes with clear water, all directly on the cycle path.

A small river flows on the property, which is full of life and is a frequent destination for fishermen. And nearby is Troubeck Lake, which is renowned for fishing.

At a distance of 4.5 km (Tovačov) there is a natural gravel lake where you can swim.

The land is especially suited for children to play in the natural environment. There are many possibilities for discovering life in the grass and the surroundings (lizards, hedgehogs, birds, snails, mice,...) The "forest" with teepee provides endless possibilities for children's imagination, chases and hide and seek. In the recreation area there is a sandpit with toys, swings and various rides and the river is also a nice place to send boats or watch the local life (home of the nutria).
