Nice and helpful owner, the land is landscaped, partially fenced, slightly sloping, good to have wedges with you. Good base for trips around the area. Despite the land being in a built up area, it is quiet and peaceful, we would be happy to visit for sure. This is a gem, our football minded dog won fans in the neighbouring turkeys who came to the property for an autograph the next day, but were very quickly taken back by the owner.
