Where do the property ratings come from?
This place simply enchanted us :) We were looking for a place where it would be just us and nature, where we could build a fire, roast some sausages, sleep and wake up in the morning full of energy. We found the right place :)
The orchard plot is spacious, the fireplace is big enough, there are logs to sit around and we really appreciated the grill and tripod for roasting sausages or preparing eggs for breakfast. There was also a barrel of drinking water and, of course, an axe and a saw to prepare firewood, which we got in the woods just outside the orchard gate. In the teepee, we piled up our tarps into one big airfield so our four-legged Indian would have somewhere to curl up and sleep wonderfully ^^
A huge plus for us doggies is that the property is fenced, but large at the same time, so the dogs get to play and we don't have to worry about them taking a separate walk ^^
Definitely a 10/10 for us and we already know we would love to come back 😊

The area is mown, which increases the comfort of your stay. There is everything one needs - a table, a fire pit, a children's climbing frame, a hot tub and a teepee. This is spacious and can comfortably sleep up to four people. The wooden bunks can be moved and easily made into one large bed for smaller families.
We didn't miss anything and had a great weekend. We definitely recommend the place and would love to come back again.

Everything we needed was there (or rather a little more) - the hanging grate is comfortable, there was plenty of water and even after three days it was good, the table is in a place where there is pleasant shade under the apple trees.
The meadow is species-rich and there are plenty of plants for tea. In the morning we were awakened by a buzzard, at night there are deer behind the fence and toads in the orchard.
The land is roughly in the middle of LKTRA61 (see aisview.rlp.cz), if it is active, you can-here also meet, for example, JAS-39 Gripen (then the orchard is temporarily not quiet).
