Large natural garden in Louny

Relax in a place far from civilisation, yet just below the centre of a charming town. A city where a charming café, a stunning gallery, delicious pizza and a brewery with the best beer we know await you.

Note that near the gardens there is a restaurant with a large outdoor area, where sometimes on weekends concerts, reunions, weddings... Unfortunately, we got a lower rating from recent guests for this - that we didn't give advance notice that there would be music playing nearby at night. If this is important to you, we can find out the actual dates of the events. However, the noisiest festival has already been cancelled. :))

The land is located close to a defunct arm of the Ohře River, which left the Lunas with a picturesque pool full of duck friends and other wildlife. The garden offers relaxation, a pergola with facilities, a fireplace, activities for children (a large wooden teepee, hammock, toys, swing, sandpit, chickens), a healthy enclosure for dogs, a view of the church and blending in with nature. Everyone who has ever visited has stated that they feel very optimistic about the place and leave feeling as recharged as possible.

Maybe it was the old apple trees, the meadow, the robins and woodpeckers, the red dragonflies, the croaking frogs, the laughter of the children - away from all the roads.

An ideal place to spend the night for tourists discovering the beauty of a small town and for hikers heading to the Bohemian Central Highlands, for example (we'll be happy to recommend the best hills to trek, where you can have a beer as a reward, where it's more like climbing, where it's wonderful for children, etc.).

Background
The pergola may have solar lights on, but know that there is electricity on the property. Drinking water and a natural solar shower are handy. We only use it as a cold shower, but if you want a stream of warm water, the shower can be moved to the sun. For those who wish to stay overnight in winter, we recommend the option of showering in the Louny swimming pool, which is an architectural construction of 2021 and offers extremely comfortable facilities including an indoor bar, saunas and a water slide.

The garden is a natural place for adventurers, for admirers of imperfections, lovers of permaculture gardening and those who like to swim in the river. Comfortable swimming, including a seating area with refreshments, is about a 5-minute walk away.

Cooking
You can cook on a two burner camping stove and chill food in the fridge located in the cabin. A kettle and basic dining equipment (a few plates, cutlery, cups, glasses) are available for you to use - they often drip under the trees, it's best to rinse everything off before use.

Sleep
You can sleep in a tent, in a car (the car will pass without any problems), in a hammock, under a wide open space. We can rent a travel cot.

Life of the others
There are warm gardeners in the immediate vicinity. We therefore ask that you please respect the nighttime peace. We always ask for friendly behaviour in the first place.

You can store bikes in the sheds by arrangement.
Refreshments available in the small children's pool and various toys.
Possibility to hire a Thule Sport 1 trolley for a fee.

Info May 2024 (until further notice): dogs are welcome, but there is currently part of the fence missing on one corner of the property due to a large tree being cut down by the neighbours. It is therefore possible that they will run into the neighbour's garden - the dogs will need to be supervised.
