Relax where you'll be far from civilisation, yet just below the city walls, where charming cafes, a stunning gallery, delicious pizza and a brewery with the best beer we've ever known await.

Nearby is a restaurant with great outdoor facilities, which can be an advantage for those who want to eat out with the kids for a decent price, but sometimes there are concerts, reunions, weddings, etc. on weekends. If this is important to you, we can find out the current dates of events so that you are not disturbed by music at night.

Land
The land is located close to a defunct arm of the Ohře River, which left the Loun family with a picturesque pool full of duck friends and other wildlife that you can go to see and photograph. Tunka was a favourite place of painters who worked in Louny.

The garden offers relaxation, a pergola with facilities, a fireplace, activities for children (a large wooden teepee, hammock, toys, swings, sandpit, chickens), a healthy enclosure for dogs, a view of the church, blending in with nature. Everyone who has ever visited has stated that they feel very optimistic about the place and leave feeling as recharged as possible. Several times we were also met with the words: "I feel like a little kid at my grandmother's."
Could it be the old varieties of apple trees, the vegetable beds, the ladybirds, the woodpeckers, the dragonflies, the frog concerts, the laughter of the children, the smell of the wooden cabins, the dilapidated fences - far away from all the roads? Who knows.

For whom
An ideal place to stay for tourists discovering the beauty of the city and for hikers heading to the Bohemian Central Highlands (we'll be happy to recommend the best hills to trek - where you can have a beer as a reward, where it's more like climbing, where it's wonderful for kids, etc.). We've had dogs, babies, bigger kids, parents, sports enthusiasts, people with a gardener's heart, non-luxury lovers, cyclists, fishermen, hikers, relaxation seekers, stargazers and endless horizon lovers.

Background
The property has electricity, drinking water and a natural solar shower. We only use it as a cold shower, but if you desire a stream of warm water, the shower can be moved to the sun. For those who wish to stay overnight in the winter, we recommend the option of showering in the Loun swimming pool, which is a 2021 architectural build and offers extremely comfortable facilities including an indoor bar, saunas and a water slide. While we are proponents of natural swimming, we highly recommend this modern pool experience as well.

Swimming
For those who like to swim in the river, we have great news. Comfortable swimming, including a seating area with refreshments, is about a 5-minute walk from the garden. The Ohře River is clean and refreshing. Further on in the park, which is a step away from the garden, you can come across a pier from which you can comfortably swim as well.

Cooking
You can cook on a two-burner camping stove and refrigerate your food in the fridge located in the cabin. A kettle and basic dining equipment (a few plates, cutlery, cups, glasses) are available for you to use as errands - often dripping under trees, it's best to rinse everything before using it, it all has a life of its own.

Sleep
You can sleep in a tent, in a car (it passes without any problems), in a hammock, under the open sky.
We also offer the possibility of sleeping in a wooden hut (see our second profile), where there is a sofa bed for 2 and there is space to stretch out the mattresses for other overnight guests. Use the possibility of a wooden cot with a quality baby mattress - by arrangement.

Life of others
There are warm gardeners in the immediate vicinity who stay overnight in their garden. Please respect the nighttime quiet. We always ask for quiet and friendly behaviour. The garden continues to have many living inhabitants, so we do not use chemicals, we leave the trees as beetle beds, and we use eco-drugs.

You can store bikes in the sheds by arrangement.
Possibility to refresh yourself in the small children's pool.
Possibility of renting a Thule Sport 1 for a fee, which serves with exceptional comfort in the city and on difficult terrain.
