The land including fireplace, toilet, washroom and shower can be shared by other guests (max. 3 groups - hut, tent, caravan). The plot is large enough.
Guests can have a dog (dog provided on a leash - the land near the cottage is not fenced!, overnight in a kennel, in the car or in the hallway of the cottage). It is necessary to clean up dog excrements. Dog holes to be dug and burrows to be avoided if possible.
We ask guests to clean the cottage before departure (wash used dishes, trash in the trash can, ...). Leave the cottage in the same condition as when you took over.

Small cozy cottage and equipped to the last detail. We were here on holiday 2 adults and 2 small children. We fit just right. There were duvets and pillows waiting for us on site so we didn't use our sleeping bags. Another nice bonus was the kitchen equipped beyond our expectations. You can use the outdoor seating area for dining, or sit on the covered porch (here you can open the windows and be shielded from the sun at the same time, or close the whole thing up from the cold and rain). The children enjoyed moving around on the large grassy area around the cottage (the property is fenced). There are trees on the property, so you can find shade to relax in all day. You are in the countryside on the property so there will be less welcome neighbours around such as wasps, ants, spiders and ticks. ;-) They are a force to be reckoned with, but the charm of the property and the cabin is worth it. There were plenty of nearby excursions to choose from within a 20 - 30 minute drive. And last but not least, it is worth mentioning the pleasant communication with the owner. Recommended to anyone with an adventurous soul who likes their privacy.
The cottage is located on a beautifully landscaped plot where there is all the facilities you need (outdoor shower, toilet). Part of the land is a place where you can make a fire right in the apple orchard. Neighbors must be considered and this with a family of 4 goats that are fun to watch (sleeping on the trampoline).

Nice owner. Beautiful surroundings. In the surroundings there are plenty of opportunities for hiking. In the cottage everything you need and beer is beautifully cooled in the stream:)
The gentleman was very helpful and accommodating. He even accommodated our arrival and departure times. The accommodation was as in the photos, we were surprised by the amenities of the cottage and the offer of homemade eggs. The wood was also brought to us right under our noses.😁
