Brand new wooden cabin located in the forest 200 m from the dam Les Království. There is complete peace, quiet and privacy. The cabin can accommodate 3 people. If there are small children, you can certainly fit four. In case there are more of you, we will also allow you to put up a tent. Anyway, the cabin is not intended for parties. So more people, yes, but on the condition of peace. For your needs there is basic equipment for eating, linen beds according to the number of people, gas cooker, pots, pans and everything you need, kettle with 3 legs over the fire, roasters for roasts, natural refrigerator in the ground. Lighting in the cottage is provided by battery-operated led lights.
200m from the cottage you can walk through the forest to the dam, where there is a great refreshment with activities for children.
Here you can really relax from the everyday hustle and bustle and experience the true relaxation in the middle of the forest. Don't be afraid of hot days, it may be warmer during the day, it is a simple cabin, but from 5 pm it is very pleasant in the cabin and around it, the sun goes behind the forest. We have everything new, we will be very happy if you tell us after your stay or write in sms what you would improve or what you missed. We also have a new guest book. We are listening and want to improve and improve, so you will help us a lot.

toilet - Dry toilet - a new wooden tub

drinking water - We will prepare drinking water for you on arrival. Then it is possible to walk 100 m from the cottage to the canister to our home, we will be happy to provide. In case you need water, just write or call. (We are building a self-service water station)

shower / washroom - In the hut there is a 20L solar water bag (filled on arrival), the sun shines from sunrise to about 5pm.

Greywater (shower, washing) - There is a barrel with utility water next to the hut. The water is discharged into the nature (please no chemical means) or into a dry toilet.

The cabin is about 50m from the asphalt road in the forest. The road to the cabin is covered with wood chips. In case of rain you need to leave the car behind the barrier and do not drive up to the cottage, the road is soft. The barrier is opened by lifting it on the right hand side and turning into the woods. Always close it behind you.

Cca 200 m od chatičky máme druhé ubytování, u kterého máme venkovní wellness ve formě luxusní finské sauny a venkovního sudu s Jaccuzzi. Do tohoto wellness poskytujeme za poplatek přístup, pokud ubytování není obsazeno. Obsazenost tohoto wellness je na dotaz(červenec a srpen obsazeno)

In case of interest we can rent a canoe or raft on the Elbe. It is also possible to use the service "Jedu Labe", where they have boat and raft rental including transport. Our most important requirement is to behave politely, not to destroy anything, to keep everything as it was when you arrived. You are in the forest, it is dry, so it is very careful to light a fire, the fire must always be extinguished. It is strictly forbidden to make a big fire!! Do not leave any rubbish with us, please dispose of everything. If you need anything, we live 100m from the cottage, we will be happy to help, advise or provide assistance if it is within our means. A detailed description of how to behave in and around the cottage is in the welcome letter in the cottage. In the event of a forecast of strong winds, we recommend leaving the hut for safety reasons. Bringing an axe or saw is recommended, there is plenty of firewood around. If the cabin is not occupied and ready in front of you, we will provide arrival at any time of the day. (On request)

Very beautiful and magical place. Ideal little cabin for off-grid relaxation, fireplace and gazebo with pleasant seating. Nice and quiet surroundings, a short walk from the pub and the dam (5 minutes) :) We also had a sitting with the nice owner Honza. We definitely recommend and we will come again! J

As you can read in the description of the place, everything is exactly like that and not otherwise. The owner is really helpful and nice. The cottage is absolutely comfortable and pleasant, you will find everything you need here. The owner had already provided drinking and drinking water before our arrival. We have probably nothing to complain about. We really enjoyed our stay with the children and there is a lot to discover in the area. We highly recommend it.
