Two people can sleep comfortably in the marquee on a bed 140 cm wide. The washroom with hot water and hand shower and toilet is just next door. In the evening you can sit on the porch under the candlelight and in the morning you can go to the barn to buy freshly milked A2 milk from the Jersey cows or the delicious yoghurt or cheese we make from this milk.
For booking choose any option (tent, caravan, motorhome), this site is booked with a marquee, electricity is included. For camping, motorhome or caravan choose our second option "Stay with farm food bonus".
We raise Jersey cows on the farm with milk production and offer cheese and other dairy products. The property therefore offers a full farm stay in addition to the stay option. You can watch the milking and buy fresh products (milk, yoghurt, cheese, eggs and meat for the grill).
Separately, we also offer a farmer's breakfast or dinner (three-course menu or cold buffet from our farm ingredients) - cheese, milk, sausages ...

The property is easy to access even in bad weather
The access is on a common road, used by all the inhabitants of the village. Parking is possible even with snow. If you arrive by train, we will pick you up at the station in Dolní Lipka, about 5 km away.

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate dogs, it makes the cows uncomfortable even if the dog is small and good.
The town of Kraliky charges a fee of 20Kč/night, which you pay as part of the price. However, we have to require you to fill in the details in the guest book, please put your date of birth in the "purpose of stay" box as this is required by law (we don't care and don't know what good it does). If you have provided a different document than the OP, please also write that in the "purpose of stay" box. The information is entered for the person who has the bezkempu.cz account used for the order.
Reservations are accepted automatically and you can arrive at the property at any time within the agreed period. You can park at the marquee, but you must leave the roads clear. Also watch out for fences.

The caravan was fine - it has a fridge and an electric hook-up. For 100 CZK it is possible to rent bed linen. The environment is great because you are right on the farm.
There is a possibility of breakfast (currently 250 CZK/person). I recommend it - in the morning you will be welcomed in the house in the dining room full of beautiful china and goodies. Tea and coffee are a matter of course. It is pleasant even on colder days. For breakfast you will get home-made products, but also other goodies - everyone will find something for themselves.
The owners make sure that every guest has privacy, and they really care about that. Even if you arrive by RV, you won't feel like you're "carpooling". We stayed with my parents - they slept in the marquee and we stayed right next door in the car. I took that as a benefit because there was no extra parking, even though there were a few more of us coming.
The owners are very helpful and try to accommodate as much as they can. You will also find a small shop where you can buy their own products. You can pay conveniently via QR code, which is a big plus nowadays.
I arrived (came by the Czech Trail :) with my sons 12, 14. Everything was fine. We had the opportunity to watch the milking and to join in. Breakfast was excellent.
As the saying goes, silence heals, so it's doubly true here. I can only say that I fell in love with this place right away. The peace can't be described in words, it has to be experienced... the accommodation was perfect it just lacked nothing. The caravan had everything we needed and a little something extra and that was the love and curiosity of the local cows that greeted us immediately after the morning. So if anyone is looking for an escape from today's hectic times I definitely recommend this. And the owner is very helpful. We will definitely and with 100% certainty return here as soon as possible and we will definitely spend the whole weekend here so we can enjoy it properly because even that weekend is not enough. So thank you that these places exist and I keep my fingers crossed for the owner to continue to do so well ..
Legendary. Amazing setting, amazing owner. He's an aura farmer. There is a bathroom and shower, you can buy home made fresh milk and other dairy products. The marquee is perfect for 2 people, and we can fit a third on the floor.
