Quiet campsite far from the outside world in a nature reserve on the banks of the Lužnice River. We offer two options for parking the caravan. The first on the quieter side of the campsite and the second

Perfect location, river all around, beautiful nature, clean soc. Facilities, hot shower, very friendly staff. Total satisfaction, we would go again.

The owners invest considerable funds and time to maintain and renovate this campsite which is in a nice location by the river. There are also restaurants, apartments and cottages.The grass was mowed, plenty of electricity connections around the perimeter of the meadow which is separated by a terrace, many fireplaces and flat terrain on the island.The toilets and showers during our stay were clean.However, from my point of view, this place is not suitable for campers, as it is also a boating camp where you will probably not enjoy much peace in the high season (code of camping).

This is not a classic no-camp, but a standard camp.
We were here for 6 days and it was quiet. Beautiful surroundings, mowed. The land was level, the caravan didn't have to be practically level. Right next to the Lužnice River, where you can get wet at the dam and ride a rubber boat or rent a canoe or raft.
Toilets are not impressive at first sight, but always clean and with toilet paper. Showers work on tokens - 30 CZK.
The adjacent restaurant did not disturb anything, the night quiet was observed and the owner kept watch. The beer was excellent.
There are many excursions in the vicinity - Židova strouha, ZOO in the camp, Pořežany museum of crafts, cars,...Bechyně with historical trains Bobinka, Elinka and Žehlička, Stádlecký bridge, Kozí hrádek...
On arrival at the campsite we were scared by a sign with weight and size restrictions, but it is supposedly valid only for the bridge to Dobronic - the road is a forest 6km long (2 caravans can't avoid it) and the approach to the island is via a ford where the water was knee deep for us. We didn't risk crossing with the caravan.
Overall though, I have to say that we ended up enjoying it. Satisfaction.

The place is nice, it is just a classic camp (cabins, restaurants, washrooms,...) which in my opinion does not belong to a camping site.
