The land is beautiful, sunny, large and fenced. There is a remote control from the entrance gate, electricity, water and 1 toilet. The driveway and driveway gate will also allow access for a larger caravan (approx 7m or more) or car with caravan (approx 6m or more). As the land is grassy (unpaved) and with some uneven terrain, access for larger motorhomes or rigs is a consideration. This is a quiet, peaceful site and should be perceived and 'enjoyed' as such. The landowner is a friendly married couple with pre-school aged children.
