Bus stop is 5 min walk. We are in a quiet settlement with nice neighbours.
On the plot is our dry toilet and seasonally drinking water, seating and fireplace.
It is also possible to do laundry for a fee.
The property is fully fenced and gated with a hedge.
We live in a house here so we will share the garden.
There is a cycle path nearby, lots of opportunities for trips , sports and swimming- we are happy to advise. It is half an hour by public bus to Prague to the nearest metro station Smichovské nádraží.

The land is small, for a caravan it is better to have a mover, the owner very friendly, strategic location for trips to Prague and the surrounding area
The land and the background are perfect, the owners are nice and helpful. We were with 4 children so it was great for us that the land is fenced. A mover is advisable to use to make it easier to get in and out of the property. It is close to Zbraslav where everything you need is. There are many places to hike nearby. Quiet place. For us, therefore, satisfaction.
