Where do the property ratings come from?
The land is very spacious, with a small cottage on the border of the woods and a spring of water at the far end of the lawn. There is also a shed where we hid our things from the rain. We also made use of the fireplace and electricity. Everything was absolutely fine and I would highly recommend it.
Well accessible beautiful site, standing on firm ground, all neat and clean. Lots of mostly asphalt paths in the surrounding woods, no people. We were delighted with the amazing running water from the local spring. We did not use the electric hookup.
The property is absolutely quiet.
Unfortunately, as has already been written, the whole locality is infested with Bolsheviks, although the owner is trying to fight them...

Perfect place in the countryside, ideal for wandering around the Bohemian Forest. Dry toilet, running water spring, shed with tools including several chairs, firewood. Everything was great, we enjoyed it very much.
The location is quite far from the nearest shops and restaurants, so I recommend coming sufficiently stocked :)
There is a pond in the nearest village where you can swim, but we didn't try it personally.
Greetings, the place was amazing, totally met our expectations. The place was clean, tidy, and just as we arrived, the owner's son-in-law showed up to mow, so we chose a spot to mow and the owner mowed it first. We appreciated that the owner only has it for 5 reservations, although it could fit at least 10 tents in peace. So even though there were 3 tents and 1 caravan, all was quiet and we hardly knew we were there. Kadibouda super and the spring was a nice bonus. We were most surprised that there was FREE firewood available and if we were low on it we were able to go into the woods to collect it, the owner had left axes and saws available in a shed on the property. A beautiful walk in the woods, a trip to the High lookout tower, swimming in Branka pond ... just a super weekend in a super place. Thank you very much Pavla with family and friends
