The third site on our two-hectare meadow is exceptional because of its elevated position and perfect separation from the other two sites. It is located about 200 m further straight ahead from the driveway, just up the grass on a slight hill. Due to the location and the nature of the meadow, you will not find a fire pit with seating and the dry toilet is all the way down on the property but, if this is not an obstacle for you, you will be rewarded with a view of the surrounding area and in the evening a warm sunset over the town of Mikulášovice, the centre of which is about 500 m from the site.
A great natural historical swimming pool (entrance fee 30 CZK/day) is within 300 m.
We would like you to have sufficient privacy on the property, so there are three sites in total, each with the possibility of only one reservation. However, if you want to come with friends, so you have more caravans/tents and all the other pitches are already occupied, please contact us to make arrangements. Come and see and experience a night in the meadow under the stars for yourself.

Beautiful and quiet place above the village although near the railway , but it had its charm , because only local trains run here . For big sleepers will be wake up at 7.50h😃and the last one goes after 20h. During the day we don't know how often it runs 😉 We enjoyed a trip around Czech Switzerland. Excellent starting point for hiking and bike tours. At night there is absolute silence and peace , possibility to watch the stars. There is also a fireplace that we did not use because of the strong wind. Nearby is a local well where you can draw water (you drive past it) nearby is a local swimming pool ( about 500m) in the summer certainly many will appreciate. For us one of the really beautiful places where you can recharge your batteries😉 we highly recommend and we will certainly be back. For us absolute satisfaction.
