Comfortable location right in the golf area 10 steps to the bike path and hiking trail and 30 steps to the first tee. In the evening, complete but total peace and quiet. Who wants to increase the comfort can use the facilities of the golf club and a very nice restaurant.

We used the server "bezkempu.cz" for the first time, before that we always slept in campsites and the first time it was a "hit". The Kestřany golf course offers facilities not only for golfers, but also for anyone with their own caravan or motorhome. However, there are a limited number of pitches, so it could be a problem in high season. Because when the word gets out about how great it is, it will be crowded in the summer. We spent Easter there this year and we were really very pleasantly surprised by the neatness of the place, clean bathrooms, beautiful restaurant with very friendly staff. Simply - comfort. There was a golf tournament on Sunday and if it wasn't for that, we would have been alone on the campsite. But as it was, there were still two "residents" with the tournament participants. Their owners were very nice people with whom we spent a very pleasant evening. We don't like golf, but we had our bikes with us and in two and a half days we managed to ride down all the nearby attractive places - Putim with the statue of Švejk and the pub, Žižkov's cairn, statues of Hussites, picturesque Písek and pleasant Strakonice and the castle in Blatná, where Easter markets were held, music was playing and a game preserve with fallow deer, peacocks and llamas was open. In total we drove about 150 km and spent our free days actively. We highly recommend it to all residents who are looking for a nice place with all the comforts in an attractive environment.
