Our idea was to revitalize a barren plot of land—where only monoculture crops had been grown for years—and breathe new life into it with the help of shade from more than a dozen mature trees, such as maples, lindens, oaks, complemented by fruit trees of classic varieties—apricots, plums, pears, and cherries. All of this is abundantly planted with edible shrubs—raspberries, currants, dogwoods, sea buckthorns, serviceberries, grapevines, and many others—along with herbs that you can use in a summer drink or to make tea :)
We’ve also thought about how to combat the drought that plagues us in South Moravia—specifically, how to naturally retain as much water as possible on the property. Drainage channels and infiltration pits have been built throughout the property, which will fill the retention pond in the event of heavy downpours. Open areas are seeded with a meadow mix, which is grazed by sheep in stages. We believe that all of this together will improve the much-needed natural biodiversity. The project was designed by a landscape architect with a sensitive approach to the landscape, offering benefits for sustainable development and compliance with the zoning plan. Currently, everything has been planted, and all that’s left to do is wait. To give you an idea, here are some renderings of how we envision it will look in a few years :)

Where do the property ratings come from?
The teepee is not available for rent (if rain is expected). The ground anchors are partially torn, so the tarp doesn’t extend beyond the edge of the floor panels—meaning any water running down the tarp in those areas flows inside and spreads across the floor. The rest of the tarp doesn’t seem to be properly stretched or secured either. So on Friday night, first a little stream ran under our sleeping pads, then water started leaking through the gathered bottom edge of the tarp above the entrance, and by the end, it was raining almost everywhere as water ran down the poles. In the middle of the night, we moved—soaked—to the ground under the pergola.
A late-night visit from other people, who apparently also had a teepee reserved, took us quite by surprise.
To be honest, we were also very surprised when we arrived at the site. Nowhere in the description did it mention that we wouldn’t have the space to ourselves and that it was a “throughway” for a large number of other campers heading to the shared restroom and to see the animals.
The property is nice, but I really don’t think the way it was presented matches reality. In my opinion, it’s not well communicated, described, or photographed 🙏🏼. I’m adding a photo that’s totally missing here 😉 (the shared outhouse is a few meters behind the teepee, and the animals are at the opposite end of the property from the entrance).
A beautiful and pleasant setting on the outskirts of the village. The property is located on the outskirts of the village and is accessible via a paved road. It’s spacious and features a beautiful pergola, a teepee, and a separate area with animals (chickens, geese, and a piglet). The owner is planning to add more animals on the adjacent property. We really hope it works out for him—we’re keeping our fingers crossed—and we’d like to thank him once again for the opportunity to camp here, for his wonderful and friendly hospitality, and for the excellent pizza from his local pizzeria 🫶🤝.
A wonderful summer experience—not just for kids ❤️. The teepee was great, and the facilities are very kid-friendly. Playground equipment on the property. Located in a quiet part of Mutěnice, with a beautiful sunset, yet within walking distance of the village. Thank you so much for letting us stay overnight in your teepee.
A beautiful property with stunning views, ideal for a stay with children. Visiting the animals at the back of the property is a real treat. There’s a cozy pergola and a fire pit, and during our visit, firewood was even provided. The teepee has two simple mattresses, and there’s a clean, dry outhouse on the property. We really enjoyed our stay with our two children.
The weather wasn’t very kind to us on the day we arrived, but despite the heavy rain, the property was easily accessible by car. We were a little worried about whether we’d be able to sleep comfortably in the teepee, but we were pleasantly surprised—it stayed completely dry inside the whole time. 🙂
The property is spacious and offers a pleasant seating area under the pergola, which we appreciated not only during the rain but also the following day as a shelter from the sun.
The outhouse was clean and free of any unpleasant odors.
The views of the surrounding countryside are beautiful, calming, and ideal for true relaxation. I can recommend this property to anyone who wants to take a break from the daily hustle and bustle and recharge their batteries.
Our four-legged friend also really enjoyed the stay.

Teepee je indiánský přístřešek, který má u svého vrcholu prostor kterým odchází kouř z případného ohně, bohužel tam být musí, ale má to tu nevýhodu že opravdu můžou stékat kapky po tyčích dolů. Nejedná se tedy o konstrukční chybu, ale spíše o jiný typ přístřešku bez zateplení a všech dalších vymožeností než na které jsme dnes zvyklý. Samozřejmě jak jsem zmínil, stačilo zavolat a mohli jsme řešit na místě.
Noční návštěva lidiček mě mrzí, ale to nedokážeme ovlivnit. Teepee je nabízeno pouze na stránkách bezkempu a pouze pro jednu objednávku. Slovo „průchoďák" bych spíše použil u běžných kempů kde je to hlava na hlavě, na našem pozemku máme omezenou kapacitu pouze pro 5 rezervací!
Samozřejmě mě mrzí, že pobyt nedopadl dle Vašich představ.
