The land is located in the swimming pool area, where there is also a kiosk that opens from 2 pm and closes according to the guests. Only caravans are allowed to park on the site, but luckily there were none, so I was able to stay overnight on the site, I was on a motorbike and slept under a tent.
The water in the swimming pool was clean so I took the opportunity to take a dip. After a full day on the motorbike it was a welcome change.
It was quiet at night, the nearest house is about 300m away so I was all alone on the property. Then at around 8am cars started arriving at the car park and people were going to the tennis courts, which are also on the site, but they didn't disturb me in any way.
There are also toilets in the building where the kiosk is located and there is a hose with drinking water in the corner of the building,
